BCCIE Summer Conference provides an essential platform for the growth of BC’s international education sector. Unique for 2020, BCCIE Summer Conference will be a pre-conference day taking place on June 9, before the Global Internship Conference, June 10-12, at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.
Our one-day agenda will include sessions, workshops, and an International Education Awards banquet.

Summer Conference attendees will have the option to register for BCCIE’s pre-conference day, or the option to register for both the pre-conference and the Global Internship Conference.

Internationalization demands institution-wide collaboration and capacity in terms of infrastructure support, intercultural awareness, effective communications, staff training and community engagement, in addition to marketing, promotion, social media, recruitment, retention, and operational administration. In this session you will learn the skills, strategies, and recommendations for developing and maintaining a systemic capacity-building model for your international student program.
